RMEMA 2020 Cancellation & Refunds
RMEMA Board of Directors has been meeting to evaluate the ramifications on our organization due to the unfortunate cancellation of this year’s Rocky Mountain Meter School. We want to thank everyone who had registered as a participant, exhibitor or sponsor, as we greatly appreciate your support of the school.
The Board has reviewed all costs associated to organize the 2020 School and is happy to report that anticipated costs have been avoided. Therefore, we are happy to announce that
we will refund 100% of all registration, exhibitor, and sponsor fees.
Within the next two weeks, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, from Colorado State University Conference & Event Services. If you paid by a credit card, you should see your account refunded within the next 30 days. If you paid by check, refund payments may take up to 60 days for processing.
Due to COVID-19, Conference & Event Services is currently processing cancelation refunds for multiple events. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

In addition, due to the unknown duration of the Pandemic, the Board has decided not to reschedule the 2020 meter school. We will resume the school at our normal time in 2021. The dates for next year’s school will be March 15-18, 2021. Please mark your calendars now and save the date. We appreciate your support and look forward to getting past this period and returning to normal operations soon.
