EXHIBITS – OPEN TUESDAY, MARCH 16TH ONLY

Exhibit Fees:

By February 16, 2020 – $350
After February 16, 2020 – $450
Additional Representatives – $65 (includes Monday night reception)
Additional Table – $40

EXHIBITOR FEE includes the following:

  • One 8′ x 6′ exhibit space
  • One 6′ x 30″ table with white tablecloth and two chairs
  • Limited access to one 110 outlet (please bring your own extension cord and power strip)
  • Monday night reception and lunch Tuesday for up to two company representatives
  • Acknowledgement in the Exhibitor Listing
  • Participation and Listing in the attendee drawing activity (i.e. passport to encourage participant visits)

Participants will be able to view exhibits and talk with vendors in the Meter School exhibit hall on Tuesday. Participants and exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet in an informal atmosphere and enjoy refreshments.

2020 Schedule

Monday March 16th, 2020

3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Exhibitor Set up available

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Reception at Bar Louie (321 East Foothills Pkwy, Fort Collins)

Tuesday March 17th, 2020

8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Exhibitor Set up Available

11:30 a.m. – Vendor Area OPENS

11:30 a.m. – Noon – Lunch available to exhibitor and vendor representatives

12:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. – RMEMA Luncheon in Vendor Area

3:00 p.m. – Vendor Area CLOSES

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Exhibitor tear down

2020 Exhibitor Information and Logistics

You will need to disassemble and package your exhibit right after the exhibit session ends at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. CSU or RMEMA will not be responsible for items left behind by exhibitors.
