Exhibitor Schedule for the 2023 RMEMA Meter School
Monday March 13th, 2023
1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. - On-site registration open for Exhibitor Check In and Badge Pick Up
The registration desk is located in the Lory Student Center on the third floor near the Grand Ballroom
2:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. – Exhibitor / Vendor Set Up - Lory Student Center (LSC) Ballroom B
Vendors to be set up by 4pm as Vendor Show/Exhibit Hall will OPEN AT 4:15 p.m.
4:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall / Vendor Show Open – LSC Ballroom B
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – RMEMA Welcome Reception – CSU Canvas Stadium @ OCR Sideline Field Club
Registered vendors are invited and encouraged to attend.
Meter School name badges are required. Event is part of your registration and includes appetizers and two drink tickets. Additional tickets for extra representatives and/or guests may be purchased through registration.

7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. – Vendor Show Open - Meter School Participants Breakfast served in the Exhibit Hall
8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Vendor Hall remains open – open for anyone not in sessions or Hands-On participants not in software sessions
10:30 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. - Vendor Show Open
11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – RMEMA Lunch in Vendor / Exhibit Hall
12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. – Lunch available to Vendor representatives
1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. – Staggered participant refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall with Vendors
2:45 p.m. - Vendor Area CLOSES
