The registration desk is located in the Lory Student Center on the third floor near the Grand Ballroom

2:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. – Exhibitor / Vendor Set Up - Lory Student Center (LSC) Ballroom BCD

Vendors to be set up by 4:45pm as Vendor Show/Exhibit Hall will be held IN the exhibit hall this year and will open at 5:00 p.m.

5:15 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. – RMEMA Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall / Vendor Show Open – LSC Ballroom BCD

All vendors in attendance must be registered and Meter School name badges are required. Event is part of your registration and includes appetizers and two drink tickets. Additional tickets for extra representatives and/or guests wishing to attend the event may be purchased through registration.
